Have you gone through and sold all your diamond uniforms, perks, sponsorships, uniforms, etc.... You'd be surprised what that amounts to.
Nope I have not.
If you havn't checked there in awhile i'm willing to bet you can make a small fortune because i've done so myself before just selling your jerseys/ equipment/Perks that you don't want.

Any advice on which cards to invest in more than others? I’m sitting on 160k stubs and would like to be set for the remainder of the game lol. I’ve never invested in BR and WS cards.

I picked up 10 of the Prince Fielder cards yesterday. We are at bottom, this seems like a low risk, high reward proposition. Even if it goes t*ts up you can recoop half with quick sells.

First year player and I have been doing the things talked about in this thread. I am in a great position for any collection that comes, but what I don't understand about the Trout/Honus collections is do you actually need EVERY card? It has seemed to me that you typically can skip one, two or more cards with collections and I just can't figure out what makes these awards cards go bonkers unless every card is needed.

Every card is not needed. Typically you need 75-80% of each set for a voucher but you never really know. But what makes the rarer cards escalate has more to do with people like me who for some reason feel compelled to have every card. Usually this happens later in the game cycle when people are sitting on a ton of stubs with nothing new to buy.

Ha fair enough, and agreed content has been crazy this year, but we are only in the 4th or halftime if you will. There will be others, and ones that will best your current 99's. You will want the prize for the "Wagner collection "
Why not be prepared? And for those that don't have all the best cards, why not share with them how the game works to stay ahead?

That's all well and good, and I'm buy alot if cards myself. The way this year's going however, we will get a big collection, say 99 Wagner, and a week later get a free player the that's just as good.

Best advice is to collect as much as you can right now to stay ahead of the game. When the end game prize drops, which it will, you will be in a great position. Last year, you did not have to have all of the collections 100% but the majority... say 75%. There were a couple of collections that went insane, namely the Veteran collection and cards that went for 10k went for 500k. I'm not saying it will be the same this year, but more than likely their will be a collection that is more rare than the next.
Point being... while the majority are selling their rare cards to pick up the next pick thing, capitalize and buy the cards that are the most rare. Might have to wait a bit, but it will be worth it.
Will there be a use for headliners in a collection? I have pulled a few of the headliners and I’m wondering if I should sell or hold? Thanks

There pretty cheap right now and they'll go towards there series for collecions. Ex: Rob Nenn will go towards the Milestone series collection.

I got lucky and pulled Nenn in the 2nd pack I got, first headliner every from a pack.
