I've been waiting for weeks to get my missing 42 series McCutchen. I took the proper route and submitted a support ticket. No response. It's preventing me from getting Jackie, making it more expensive to get Rivera, and probably going to make it difficult getting the next big collection reward. It's so disheartening. This should be an easy fix. I know there are people waiting longer than me too. It's unacceptable to have this kind of slow response time to support tickets. I'm trying to be polite, but it's tough.

Even when they answer tickets they still can’t get it right ! I’ve been having sign in issues finally got a reply from sds I get one answer per day. Never had a issue last year but this year completely different story
