Freeze off during server update?

What happens in that case? Does someone lose or is the game just forfeited? I’m currently winning 6-3 in the 7th and my opponent hasn’t left the game

I refuse to leave this one, my opponent is 13-1 with a stacked team, I sent him a friendly earlier before the game started because I didn’t think I had much of a chance going against his lineup and he declined it.
