Cheating is rampant

I have played this game A LOT and have never once thought that I was playing someone who was cheating

Eh...it's the exploitation of animations/defenders slothing through decisions.
I dont know if it could be patched. Basically what I see people do from time to time answers the question: Are you secretly an a-hole?
The answer for a decent amount of people is "yes."

Lol, you mean the 9/10 times I face Edison Volquez in this event? I think I might have finally trained my eye to not watch his hand and pick up the ball. That or I finally got lucky after seeing him so many times...
Serious question though... Any tips on picking up the ball out of his glitched out delivery?

I think he is relatively easy to hit, just ignore the hitch and watch the ball. (https://mlb21.theshow.com/games/221743815?username=Chestnuts20) I'm not going to lie he is in every event lineup I build.

Cheating is sticking it someplace where it doesn't belong because you are married, writing answers to questions on the inside of your mask for a test, taking a cab during the marathon and get out at mile 23.2....
What you all are describing is exploiting.
It's an event and a common pitcher. Why do you care about his release point? It's comes out slower than syrup and your PCI is bigger than Loki's ego.

Are people using it? Definitely but it is certainly not 'rampant'And the use of a mouse? Imo its rampant and we need to put pressure on sds.

I would say using a mouse against a console user is a bit unfair but there is also no possible way of knowing that your opponent is using a mouse tho no matter what anyone tells you. If we started accusing everyone with a high batting avg of using a mouse we'd it'd be like the Salem witch trials around here -

IMO many high level players are cheats. There's many ways to cheat now. SDS needs to fix this..

So what I’m reading is the OP lost some games and it’s not because the other player was better but only because they cheated then provides no proof other than it’s their opinion. Seems legit.

You are free to have that opinion on your own but to get anyone else to take it seriously you need some sort of evidence to back up your claim. Just going "if you know you know" and saying "SDS needs to fix this" does nothing. Find proof, show some evidence and people will back you up but if you make those claims with literally nothing to back it up its hard to take it serious
