Mound visit glitch

Not sur3 if its everytime but it happens enough that it's a problem
Whenever i do a mound visit with my pitcher ,it says I've already had a visit and must replace my pitcher even when i know i haven't...it's a pain in the [censored] if i don't have anybody warming up or had no intention of replacing my guy
Anybody else experiencing this or know a way around it ?

Apparently it only allows one per game now. It is counting the 2nd visit as the 2nd visit in the inning even though it isn't. From what I understand

Yep, experienced it in Play Now.

It appears to be working as normal from pause menu. Avoid quick menu and go to bullpen from pause menu. You are able to return to game. Tested and confirmed in Franchise mode.
