Old Bug Coming Back?

Anyone else having an issue where your catchers throwing meter isn't showing up on pitch outs? I've had it happen twice in the same game. One time I got him because he tried going back to first. But the second time, he kept going. Should have been out easily though.
I'm hoping this bug isn't going to be coming back again. I remember it in last years game I think, cant remember the exact year, but I know it was common.

Twice today I got stolen because the meter showed up late or never did. I pressed the button as soon as the runner left, it’s annoying, catcher pop time stinks. If your catcher doesnt have it GL

My catcher has barely had the meter show up all year so I just get stolen on easily constantly

Same issue for me. Maybe 1 in 20 attempts does it pop on time.
On the other hand, it seems my opponents have no issues so not sure what the deal is at this point.
