Who else got scammed from completing the 42 Series? Missing cards & support doesn't respond?

Who else finished all team affinity just to notice that one of your 42 series cards is missing for no reason. No, i did not take a same card twice, and no i never sold a untradeable card. it's just straight up missing. 41 out of 42 cause of the servers probably, and no support response in weeks. heard many others have been waiting months and haven't had any answer from support. Missing Tim Anderson from the 42 series.

it ruined my motivation to play this game. i grind so long to beat all affinity and collect all the 42 cards just to be letdown that it was all for nothing.. haven't really played since.

it ruined my motivation to play this game. i grind so long to beat all affinity and collect all the 42 cards just to be letdown that it was all for nothing.. haven't really played since.
This was the first year I actually spent money past the base cost of the game because I had less real life time and I was happy with them fixing check swings. Looking back I really regret doing it now since I can't even get a courtesy response

Not that it makes you guys feel better I did get a response and they did replace my Max Muncy card but it did take about a month. If you filed a ticket im pretty sure they will get back to you but there should be an easy patch to fix this where if you have all team Affinity one done you should automatically have all of those cards in your collection available towards the Jackie collection. There have been tons of people complaining on this forum and reddit about the same issue.

To my knowledge this was a major problem in late April/early May, but it no longer happens. Now if they would only actually answer tickets from people like me who submitted it around that time

[censored] SDS, I give up. I went back to PC full time and gave the PS5 to my 17 year old. Never again will SDS get my money. 8 years of buying the $100 version and they can't respond to the only email I've ever sent them.
I hope the game gets better for you guys that are sticking to it, I can't support this [censored] show -

best time to do it, i had to purchase my last 6 for around 50k...now they are below 20.
