For the love of god fix Edward Cabrera

I don’t want to hear from anyone on Xbox. You’ve only had the game for a few months so frankly, you don’t know anything.
-
That’s got nothing to do with how absolutely broken, untouchable this card is. It is a free win in ranked for anyone who knows even basic pitching. The competitive balance is completely out of whack with this disappearing sinker garbage and they need to get back to reality and do something about 102 mph sinkers for 120 pitches in green energy.
-
you just lost.... huh?
-
It’s not about winning and losing, it’s about a balanced competitive landscape. This card is hell on earth and it’s a free one that takes zero advanced knowledge to be dominant. A hitter with 125s across the board still doesn’t neutralize the insanity that is 102mph sinkers that move.

You would have loved 99 awards Kluber last year, that was out the whole year, and pre stamina fix he was in every game.

Just wait until TA3. That’s when we’ll get a bunch of new absolutely stacked 99 overall hitters and pitchers that will likely remove Edward Cabrera from being the meta pitcher. It was like this with Brusdar Graterol from last year.

That card was pure trash.
-
I technically know nothing, but I will still tell you that it's not an issue with Cabrera... it's his break and velocity on his sinker with other good pitches and happens to be the first solid pitcher with that pitch. Fix Cabrera and the next pitcher to come out with a better sinker and better stats overall is gonna kick your azz worse.
-
What?
You have never seen an untested rookie consistently throw a 102mph sinker that rises, then breaks down and away to nip the corner every single time?
Come on!!!
What is this, amateur hour?
Watch some real baseball! -
This card should have way less stamina for it to be balanced. Keep the pitching stats? Fine, but there is no chance, NO CHANCE, anyone can serve that heat up for 120 pitches. It’s completely broken and anyone who says otherwise it’s kidding themselves. You have a giga second to respond to a pitch that hops like off speed and has zero trajectory that you can catch up to. Your only choice is to guess. Sinkers don’t move like that in real life and when you’re trying to play competitively, and see pitches and put a good foot forward, stuff like this just ruins the experience. Too unrealistic, too easily exploited for basically a guaranteed dominant performance.
-
Watch the cpu's utter confusion as they flail away at Cabrera.
I almost feel sorry for my PS4.
I think it may literally implode from trying to hit physics-defying pitches. -

Oh fr I had a 1.8 something ERA with him in RS last year.

What you are complaining about is outlier quirk and the fact that every pitch is 102 for the whole game-which is unrealistic- it should fluctuate between 98-102.
But for the record, according to Schmidt and Kruk, Nolan Ryan did continue to throw that hard at the end of games, and DiMaggio has a few interviews where he said Feller did too. -
I lost so many games against that guy this season that I gave up until he is gone, my worst nightmare

Dude, I've been playing since 14. Just because someone is on Xbox, doesn't mean they have no experience with the gameplay. Btw, he's right, if you have no experience at legend, you really don't have a clue.
-
Ohchev has a good video on facing Cabrera

It’s not like xbox users were living under a rock haha. This might blow your mind but they could’ve owned both systems before or just switched over this year. Crazy I know.
-
I play on hof and legend. For some reason I can read some pitches very well of off Eddie. Cabrera is good but when I see a certain pitch I can crush it and normally score like 3-5 runs off of him

This might blow ur mind but I was just mocking him for being a
head with a superiority complex that he gets from being highly rated in a video game

This is exactly what I did. I bought a PS4 several years ago specifically to play The Show. Yes, I picked up several other PS exclusives along the way, but The Show is the reason I bought the PS4. Fast forward to this year, and I can finally play The Show on my Xbox. Thankfully.
