Error code CE 108255 1 forcing me to play offline

Been trying to solve this error code that crashes my game as soon as it tries to connect to the server, after pressing a button to advance pass the start menu. I've gone as far as resetting my PS5 with no success. Playstation says that this happens sometimes to all games or just one. They won't help me and SDS won't respond. I have done literally all the trouble shooting I can find. I'm pissed about this, stuck playing with non updated rosters and no MTO.

Tickets do nothing I’ve never been able to get online and wrote tons of tickets

Do you have an external hard drive attached?
I full reinstall on the console's drive might resolve this error.
Second suggestion is to make sure you are plugged directly into your router. Not sure if you are having issues with other games for online play or not.
