Just go into an RS game immediately quit, do this a few times to tank your rating.
I still want to play vs good opponents but with the opportunity to hit that stupid inside sinker...

its called online rated. with real teams. and its actually way better. i just started doing it again. actually pitching to real teams without all the fake stats is really nice.

I don’t doubt it! I was in an online league back in 17 and loved it. It’s nice actually having strengths and weaknesses on teams.

I jumped in a regular online rated last night and it just didn't feel right. In the past I always thought regular online rated played better than DD. Felt smoother and more real. I don't get that feeling this year.

I agree to this in some ways. I would be happy just to pick a division to play in.
HoF is where my already bad pci placement goes to die
bad idea, then youd have top tier players selecting lower divisions to beat up on lesser opponents

Sounds like a good idea in theory, but this game's player base would quickly flood the system with undeserved negative ratings because they couldn't deal with a disappointing loss. And that's before you even consider all the trolls who would do the same just to be annoying.

Then go into practice mode on legend and have a pitcher throw you inside sinkers.

Yeah having a poor rating would just mean you’re good at the game with this community haha

There is a casual mode within DD but there are toxic players there too.

lol what??? There are plenty of online h2h games out there that people play without rewards not sure why online rated should give out some type of reward unless you care about rank and XP?

I have no issue with being able to pick your difficulty level but I think that if you do, your rank should stall at whatever the next level is. If you choose to play all star, then you shouldn't be allowed to go any higher than the last all star level and so on. If you get to world series, it's because you've earned the spot through the hall of fame games that you have to play.
