Pinpoint pitching glitch/problem

Since the last Game update (9) I have been having issues with pinpoint online and offline where the Feedback when I pull down to finish the pitch will glitch out and give me an outcome that is different from the input from my controller. like on a Chapman fastball when I pull up I get 100 percent but when I pull down to finish the pitch it will give me the red color for feedback and say something like 84.00 seconds late and 80 degrees to the right or left to where I wanted the pitch to be even tho I am right on time and I'm pulling the stick down. Idk if it's an Xbox and Ps4/5 problem or just Xbox(that's what I am on).
