Investment critique needed from a pro
-
Hey guys. Yesterday I asked for and received a bunch of good tips for investing.
I decided to go out and make 4 investments.
I’m on the Bryan Reynolds hype train. Ive purchased 100 roughly at under 1,100 stubs.
For silvers I grabbed 75 of Mark Melancon at just over quicksell. The most I paid was 107 stubs.
I also grabbed 50 Brad Hands for roughly the same price. Under 110 stubs.
25 JP Crawford’s at 165 stubs. Gold D rating and bat is hot. 76 overall.
I was just curious if someone who invests a lot would be able to tell me, are these good investments or stupid investments and why? First year player so i don’t even know if a 5 overall jump in a RP is plausible.
My reasoning for Melancon was obviously his 25 saves. Era under 2. 30ks in 35 innings. 3 year numbers look fine.
At the prices I paid I won’t really lose. Just curious if there is potential here. Thanks.

These are great grabs ... you are doing right by scooping close to quick sale value.
You can strikeout and still not come out losing that much, but if you hit, it will be a good hit for you.
If they don't get upgraded, don't panic ...maybe buy more.
Good job!

I’m new too. How did you go about choosing who to invest in?
