I have every player in the 42 series except bo Bichette. I cannot get him because I clicked two Santanders by mistake when doing team affinity 1. This sucks because now I’ve played this game so much and invested so much time into it that I cannot get the Jackie Robinson that I deserve for playing the game. I’ve tried contacting these people and leaving tickets for them multiple times. I’ve probably sent them like 15 tickets and have not gotten a response. This company is very unprofessional and does not treat its customers right. I will no longer play or invest money until someone from this platform answers me. Please do the right thing and add Bo Bichette 42 series into my account.

"Deserve"?

Just an observation, but creating 15 tickets for a single issue might be part of the problem. You're creating extra work for SDS to get through in order to get to actual issues.
