never got digital deluxe bonuses

I preordered the digital deluxe version of the game back in March. My preorder bonuses (extra packs and stubs, double dailies) were there the first time I logged in to play the game (early access) but the next time I logged in, everything was gone, and I just had the standard version. I didn't even get the daily doubles anymore. I've tried to resolve this through SDS and PSN and nothing they suggested worked. At this point, it seems like customer service has stopped responding to my requests for help.
Maybe it's too late to resolve this. I suggested that I would accept some packs/stubs as compensation for not getting the version I paid for, but I haven't gotten a response in weeks.

Did you check the buy stubs page on the game? This is generally where the redeemable items show up.

When you get double dailies do you get 2 cards at once? If so, I never got mine and I ordered the Steelbook Jackie Robinson edition. Never got any of the Jackie items either. Bat skin etc. I filed a complaint the day of with PSN. They told me I got the correct edition. I don’t know
