How to upload logo from community to Logo Vault

Hi I have been trying try to upload a Hartford Whalers Logo for my custom team in franchise mode. I downloaded it fine but when I go to upload it says "Logo is Identical to Hartford Whalers by, Please upload a different creation". I have tried other random ones too and have had the same response. Any ideas on what to do.

Also is there anyway to make a bunch of custom teams without starting a new franchise mode every time? It is weird that they have a custom stadium option under the "create" button but no option for teams..
