The best card a player will get during MLBTS21

Sorry if this has been talked about before but I was hoping someone can tell me if SDS has mentioned what card series could be a players top card for the year. For example are Signature series the final best card a player will get? Or maybe something like Awards series?

It's going to depend on the player. But generally speaking, it's looking like the possible options for "Best card" are
-Signature Series
-Prime
-Awards
-Milestone

I think the only exception would be if a current player that already has one of those gets a Finest.

What I had heard is that a player that gets a Prime will definitely be the best version of his card.

Example would be Plesac/Frazier/Floyd. Those are the final cards of those players. Kinda has to be the same for Awards/Sig and probably milestone
