What does superfractor give you aside from +5?
-
You can brag to a bunch of strangers that you will most likely never meet in real life about how you were the first to do something that becomes irrelevent in 10 months.
-
Lol ^^^ this exactly. There’s a person on these boards that loves to show off his wonderful early superfractors, but being top 10 is no different than being the 10 thousandth person to get it.
-
Not that it means much but they should give you a banner that you were first on a player
-
Maybe they’ll have some collections down the line for them. Thatd be cool. Like have it in one of the big ones as a replacement. Sort of like they did with Rivera where you don’t need them all but if you have X amount of superfractors you can lock them in as one.

That’d be kinda cool. Or like how it says who discovered a certain card.

I just got my first about 15 min ago. Mike Trout. 8.5K
-
It also gives you a nice new layer to the card art

I was about the 800th person to get Isaac P to 2nd Parallel last night haha
For P5 I got Jackie there. I was something like 950th.
It amazes me tbh. I think I play a lot but there are 949 people more sad than me

I was just curious because I have 2 cards at +4 but I have better cards than those so was wondering if it is worth it to just keep using them to get to +5 but if it doesn't give you some additional quirk or boost aside from the +5 I really don't need to keep using them. One is Seaver (big Mets fan) so I'll probably use him a bit but I have Vida and 3 97 OVR SPs, a couple of 96s , and 95s none of these including parallels that I have....I also have the entire live series also.

Honestly, imo Glavine is still top 5 and +5 him he's a solid piece. Especially if you're a mets fan.

Shiny art?

hahahaah bang on mate

I have a lineup with the 99 guys stacked on top to see if I can do it. Figure they at least will have longer relevance. Tried to do it with pitchers and got Cabrera to IV but man that was a GRIND just to get there. I think the parallel is kind of a fun side game to play to keep things interesting. Hope they look at the drawing board for ‘22 and maybe look at a hybrid of prestige and parallel.

I was the first to get my boy Tom Murphy. Been top 50-100 on a couple but some people literally just grind these things out til their eyes bleed so I can’t always keep up.

That Murphy card is sneaky fun to use. I used him for the HR in the Carter mission and I think he hit all of them.

I’ve used him in this event. He’s hit the most HRs out of everyone I used in the event. Great card vs lefties
