Pitches that clip the paint should be strikes

I know I’m reaching here w the unrewarding hitting right now but who else agree’s? Pitching is hard enough in DD why not reward the pitcher

It should be a strike if you clip the paint, or are even a little off of it from time to time, if you aim for that spot and make a perfect delivery. Not if you are trying to throw a slider low and away, screw up and catch the inside corner.
