Still getting challenge failed

So I take their advice with ports etc and nothing works. I’m lucky enough to have a friend who let me borrow their extra PS4. This PS4 is now at my house sitting right next to my personal one. They are connected to the same Tv, same exact WiFi, experiencing the same exact upload/download speed. This console is letting me play all Diamond dynasty modes with zero issue.
I inform SDS of this and they still refuse to believe this issue is something other then my connection. I’ve re installed the game multiple times on my PS4 to the hard drive and my external hard drive and still I will get challenge failed. Any other game I have works fine online. Something is not right

I think a bam wouldn't even allow him to load the the game. If he's getting his Daily Login rewards; then it's not a ban.

Yeah it’s definitely not a ban, I’m logged into my account on the spare PS4, I’ve played multiple games no issue, I’ll get my dailes on both. If I go on my regular PS4, challenge failed every time is the only difference.

Yeah it’s definitely not a ban, I’m logged into my account on the spare PS4, I’ve played multiple games no issue, I’ll get my dailes on both. If I go on my regular PS4, challenge failed every time is the only difference.

Neither does SDS I think. I’ve talked to about 20 others between here and reddit that are experiencing this. We all receive the same response that it’s our connection. We have nothing in common in terms of location, speeds etc.
In my emails back and forth with support they still say it’s my internet even with showing proof this other console lets me play online under the same circumstances.

I really doubt it’s that. There’s a group of us across here and reddit all experiencing the same issue.
Something on SDS end has to be causing this. If it were my PlayStation I would be having problems with all all my games which I do not have.

Yeah same issue with me, i’ve emailed, multiple bug reports, posts on reddit and here, i’ve checked date and time ago n my PS4/ used googles open dns, and opened all ports they suggested, i’ve reinstalled atleast 6 times on 2 separate hard drives, i have 2 other ps4’s in the house on the same network and both of them load online game modes with no problem while i have not been able to get into not even one game since launch. I have gig internet, it’s not that.
THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED, i paid $100 to play this game

I'm getting the same issue as well. I've reached out to SDS and they haven't gotten back to me yet on my ticket but judging by what you said I'm sure they'll say "it's my internet". It's funny how I'm still able to access the market, buy stubs and packs but can't play the game. It just sucks that I've already put money into the game before realizing I actually had this problem and now we'll miss out on rewards from the program and stuff too. I'm hard wired and my other games work just fine so it has to be something on their end, just hoping they fix it for us soon.
