SDS please do the right thing with these freeze offs

Obviously people exploiting this freeze off glitch are increasing a lot since the YouTube video. Whether you are able to effectively patch this is up in the air but in the meantime get the word out that anyone who does this will be permanently banned.
Then set up a special tab for reporting that is monitored and acted upon. It is extremely easy to tell when this happens. Looking at game summary you can see the intentional walks and throwing errors. Ive reported two people in the last two days and I understand you probably get thousands of emails daily so it may be months before these are even seen. I checked on one of the dirtbags I reported and he has done in every game since yesterday.
By making an acknowledgement on the Home Screen that this will result in a permanent ban and then setting up a special reporting tab that can be acted upon quickly it will curb this a lot until a permanent solution comes. Again once we report someone you can check their game history and see the intentional walks and throwing errors so what they are doing cannot be disputed. We don’t even need video stream etc.
Also it will clear out a lot of the dirtbags who would resort to this. Patching it will keep them in the game and they will find other exploits and continue to ruin the game.

I’m honestly astounded at how people go to great lengths to find the sequencing required to freeze the game.

I've sent SDS three reports of it in the last three days and I just get a confirmation auto-reply and then a loss when I inevitably want to try and play the game again. They aren't doing anything.

Well, I’ve been harsh on them lately, but when they address something they usually back it up. It’s taking time for contact swing and R2 spamming (which they addressed), but they’re probably swarmed with how much to fix and making sure they don’t break something else, which they have done in the past

Well yeah these things take time to figure out. They have to be able to reproduce the “freeze” event to fix whats causing it.
One of the freezeoffs works in some stadiums and won’t in others. They have to figure out what triggers it. Is it altitude? Minor vs Major? Custom? I mean alot seems to go into researching how to fix it adequately

This is a perfect time to get outside and enjoy the summer. This game is a steaming pile in its current state. Let the cheaters have it. Imagine if it evers goes to PC. It would be a wrap. Peace out boys, back to the pool and summer shandy.

how do you check other users game logs?
You can check it on here on your dashboard. Just type in the users name in the gamer search. Scroll down to their game history. Then click view game and the game log will show them intentional walking until it freezes. This is actually really easy for sds to check and no need for videos etc.

Only thing that will stop cheaters is a ban of at least 1 yr, then progress to 5yrs and then permanent ban
