Rewards taken away from completing Collections

I completed 5 total team collections, but 2 of them, including Royals was taken away. Such cards missing are some of the silvers and bronzes i bought, and i don’t have the 84 George Brett. Never got my stubs back either. Any help?

Im missing my Soriano from AL East Team Affinity Packs.
Still nothing from SDS -
Missing Joe Carter. SDS said the team is looking at it. That was about 10 days ago. At least there seems to be multiple people with the same issue. Make sure you send a ticket and eventually they'll work out a fix for us...probably. Otherwise we're unable to progress for the league collection rewards.

It really seems this is an issue that needs a global fix. It seems to be happening with everyone and it has definitely caused me to think it may best to not complete sets...at least for the time being.

@DCrants_XBL I put in a ticket for the same thing (Giants' Hunter Strickland), have you gotten a response from SDS?

They responded and fixed the situation a few weeks ago. It'll take them some time to get to you but they'll eventually reach out to you if they haven't already.

Aside from the one, have others seen this fixed? I’m on month 2 and no reply from Support.

I have no idea why it is taking this long to resolve an issue that should have been identified by the development/test team and resolved long before now. Possible resolutions:

Allow players to exchange unsellable collection rewards with other unsellable collection rewards in the same set.

Make the cards sellable.

Use basic SQL commands to query your databases tables and resolve the issue from thar point.

Allow players the ability to complete team affinities once more.
