What's up with the weird crowd silence

I play franchise and I'm about 20 games into my season. What is going on with the periods where the whole stadium just goes quiet? Happens in every game I play between pitches. Please fix this. Anyone else experienced this? Oh, and the stats listed for the batter during games come from a parallel universe (doesn't match up). Very disappointed in this edition. Product quality has slipped.

Just an audio bug... hopefully will be fixed on the next patch.... happens in RTTS as well
