Can't have more than one Franchise?

What am I missing here, I set up a franchise with two different saves but when I click on Franchise it just automatically goes to the latest save....what's going on here?. You aren't allowed to choose which saves files to load for Franchise?

press the other button instead of the one you're pressing and it brings up the option to load it. It's like, to the left and slightly up from the one you're pressing

lol How dare you talk to me like that! I drive a Dodge Stratus!. No but seriously, its one Franchise just two saves for it...having to work with 70 players with a 40 man roster in Spring Training is work..so I need a backup save just in case I mess up in waiving someone to make space for someone else. If only SDS allowed a 90 man roster for Spring Training it would be much easier!
