I decided to finally lock in players to get 99 Mo. The players I didn't lock in I sold to get Trout and Cole which got me 99 Chipper.
I then play two ranked games with them. First game was 9 innings, I struck out all 27 batters and he ruined the perfect game after 8.2 innings with a bunt, which meh. (It was 7-0).
The next ranked game I throw a combined 13 inning no-hitter and happen to hit 310,000 XP which is a set 9 headliner
I then pull Trout from that headliner and now I'm rebuying all the players I sold to buy him a couple hours ago.

How did you strike out all 27 if he ruined it with a bunt?

I'm assuming he struck out the batter after the one who bunted -

The bunt was a base hit, not an out. All 27 outs were strikeouts.
