Yes, there have been new cards but 90% is the same [censored] from last year. They need to mix it up. If I see another Maddux or Smoltz, or Mathewson, or insert legend here, I'll lose my mind. They need to expand future stars more or something
Should they just start making up players? Should they just put players in even though they don't have the rights and get sued so many times that there is no more SDS? What do you want them to do? All I'm saying that it just gets boring. I've only played 18 and 20 before this year and it is just sad how people get so excited for another Maddux card, but this time they raised his K/9 by 3 points from what he had last year!! WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWWOW.

18 was the worst for card variety and content and 20 was really good for adding new card types and they have expanded on this.
The issue I have with your response is you have not offer 1 suggestion on what you would like to see beside more Future Stars which is generally a series that most of the community doesn't want to see more then what we already have with the exceptions of a few guys

Dude, it's not my responsibility to offer suggestions to improve the game. I just play it. I'm expressing my opinion that it gets tiresome seeing the same cards over and over with minor tweaks. Hopefully with the xbox cash influx they can get additional rights next year.
I'd much rather see some fun game modes included moving forward. Crazy [censored] like some random baseball game back in the day that had homerun derby in a house (and the batter was like an ant) and you could hit HRs and targets for points and stuff. Improve the fun factor.

Which this community already hates the arcade elements that this game sometimes can have so adding more won't appeal to the masses.
Also it's not your responsibility to give suggestions but it helps the devs listen even if you don't think they do. Look at TA 2 the changed up the missions so it wasn't showdown fest to get them done.

Agreed about TA2.
Also, the community doesn't have to play any additional game modes. I'm sure it's not difficult for SDS to implement anything different too.
