Finished Kerry Wood missions but no card

I'm wondering if I'm missing something here but was there something else I need to do to acquire the Kerry Wood card?

Did you just do the moments? There is probably, as Zombieskills says, an extra mission to accomplish. In DD, go to the Program options, choose player programs, select Woods and then look at both stage 1 and stage 2. My guess is that you are sitting at about 40 of 50 points needed and will need to do one of the three missions that was mentioned.

Cut him some slack man. I seriously had to hunt around when I finished the Eckersly Moments. If you tackle these from the Moments menu then there is absolutely no indication that there is more to do when you finish them.

Took me like 30 minutes to find out how to unlock Granderson lol. I still have no idea how to get the gold Nike sunglasses that are in the inventory list but not on the market.

Doing everything in the program gives you more than you need so you can actually choose to not do thing that you find difficult
