ANybody have problems recieving game challenges

Im in two custom leagues and I can't recieve challenges in either. I'm able to challege people though. I have went through my settings and make sure everything is set right as well. Anybody have any possible solutions?

I can't challenge my friend on a PS5 and I'm on a PS4 (Not the pro). He can send one to me and it's fine, but it won't let him accept mine. It was fine at the beginning of the year and then something happened in one of the updates.
