    Now I can even play rtts.

    Any ideas. I'd put a ticket in but I can't work it out on this site.

    I got this earlier twice on the same game, I just simmed to the day after the problem game and everything worked fine for me.

    Ridiculous. I lost 3 saves files and can’t figure out a way to save my current file

    To 'The Show' game creator,

    This has happened 4 [censored] times to me. I've even tried to save to the cloud and when this shows up and I try to download from the cloud, it just uploads nothing and doesn't even go to RTTS. Fix the goddamn save issues. I'm getting tired of redoing all my progress and I'll just play a different game if that is what you want, if otherwise, fix the issue. It's overly complicated nonsense. MLB 2k13 was a better game than this...remember that.

    I lost all my RTTS progress due to this same stupid error.

    I haven't restarted because I have the slightest (probably complete waste) hope that it can somehow be restored...

    I tried deleting my save files on the Xbox.... loaded the game back up, nothing. Tried unlinking the accounts on the website, still nothing. I've submitted a ticket and nothing yet, probably never will be.

    It's weird because my character still is on my DD quad with 100+ power so it still has all the progress I made with my character on that mode but it's completely gone in RTTS? It was the mode I was most excited to play, and I'm not going to restart just to lose it all again.

    Don’t think this is a fluke. It’s now happened to me twice and I’m done wasting my time on this game. RTTS is fun, so a little disappointed, but there are better sports simulations out there that don’t have save issues.

    I think I figured out how to deal with this. First, the error code is related to a Microsoft memory exception, so there’s some issue being encountered with trying to load & save locally. However, you can still upload/save to the cloud. So, if this happens while playing RTTS do this...

    1. Upload to the cloud
    2. Restart your game (Go Home, Quit, then Restart)
    3. Download your save from the cloud
    4. Save locally
    5. Play as usual until it inevitably occurs again
    6. Rinse and repeat

    Having the same problem - can't upload anything to the cloud to begin with, but my Xbox does show I still have 3 saved game files. Just won't let me load any. I tried creating a new player and get the same error.

    From what I've seen, it's a read/write error.

    Typically if you have an external hard drive.

    Backup your existing game files and reinstall the game, preferably on your stock drive for the console.

    I lost my 12 season rtts save file due to this error please fix the issue this isnt the first time its happened

    Hey everyone so I had this same problem. In my case it had to do with my external storage being it full it wasn’t able to load saved data so I moved some things around cleaned up my internal storage on my Xbox and transferred mlb the show over to the Xbox one storage and restarted Xbox and everything worked I had 10 seasons of rtts and wasn’t about to lose all that hopefully this helps

    I just lost everything. My created player is there but everything I collected is gone. This was my second time doing rtts. I got that error in season 5 and it put me back in the middle of season 4 and I was too annoyed to continue so I just started a new season. Now I was in season 2 got the error and thought I saved it to the cloud (at least it said I had) so I restarted the game and it went through like I had never played it before right down to making me agree to the code of conduct bs. So many hours wasted on a game I was really enjoying until this [censored].

    It's been awhile since we had someone dig up a post from MLB The Show 21 or a previous game!

    I had almost forgot we had some necromancers in this forum!

    Just had this issue after turning off post game auto save. I like to save manually usually to be safe every time I get odd rtts. Went to save today and watched it delete my save file. Then wouldn't let me save it or upload to the cloud. Backed out thinking it was surely a small glitch and it wasn't going to stay gone and now I've lost about the last 3 hrs of gameplay. My ballplayer still has the xp I gained from the rtts save, but the file seems to be unrecoverable. Does anyone have a fix for this? I'm on XBONE

    I keep having this issue with March to october and it's gettiong frustrating because all my moments I do get wiped and the trade's I get offered and accept get wiped too so if anyone can help me on that because I've tried to play on the cloud but it still does the same [censored] that it normally does

    I'm getting this same error in Franchise mode. Just bought an XBOX S on black Friday, first game bought was MLB the show '22. havent had a system in years. Spent about 20 hours playing. Now I cant load my locally saved game even though I can see the file. Tried to upload file to cloud, says no cloud files available. Super frustrating. I'm escalating cases but looks like this is a known bug thats been around since the game was released and nobody at Xbox or game creators seem to care and they just keep selling games with issues. Ill try for a refund
