That's not how it works. Chipper is the live collection. Rivera is legends and flashbacks collection. It's always been seperate

Rivera sucks anyway. Also don’t think they can edit it now. I forked out for one of those big collections I don’t want anyway so would they refund me if they changed it?

FYI the Rivera Collection is just that start of a larger tiered collection that will be released. Don't worry they will require lots of cards and it will cost much more than Chipper would cost.

Chipper himself is a Legend card.
Chipper himself is an Awards card and can be used to get the Award voucher you can use towards Rivera.

i Think some people just do not know how to pitch with him
I used to suck with him until I started pitching backwards. He has great movement but people sit on the cutter and in my experience crush my mistakes.

I only get burned by it in same handed match ups, but man if I miss I get lit up quickly lol

I think part of the issue is that the 42 Jackie Robinson reward is included as a requirement for a voucher. It seems odd that they would have "collect X amount of (card type)" for voucher redemptions, and then randomly throw in the Robinson card as a requirement instead of X amount of 42 series cards.
Considering the inclusion of one collection reward, I could see how some might think that Chipper could also be a requirement for a voucher.
