I've been playing this game since 2008 at almost every year I've sent an email or two for basic customer service stuff issues or content missing I have never in almost 14 years got to one response

I submitted a ticket 4/28 and 5/14, I haven't heard anything back on either ticket. The 4/28 ticket I lost 36,714 stubs. If they don't respond I won't buy the game again next year.

took em 1.5 months to respond to my ticket about a Mike Piazza sale that did not give me my stubs. They responded with this....
" We see you still have Mike Trout in your inventory, moved to resolved" -
Not fair mlb sucks
