When I heard his I was excited to be Able to use Trout. That is until they said players are capped at 89 ovr.

Didn't they say the overall is capped at 89? That means you can put in higher level diamonds as long as players have lower overalls elsewhere. Tank 2-3 spots in the rotation, bullpen, and bench.

Even so, there is literally no reason to play this event other than paralleling Trout/Acuna/Tatis. I've always hated the live series events anyway

Yea I’m just saying you can use all the best cards. Don’t even have to tank anything.

I still have yet to see an event or event rewards I had any interest in this year.

Kind of happy there isnt a dope reward for this event gives me time to concentrate on BR and RS. My time has been so split up between the three trying to multi task lol
