Challenge failed

Does anyone know if there is a fix for the challenge failed bug. I haven’t been able to play a game online since launch (ranked or br) I have sent emails to support and they said they are looking into it. This is the first year this has happened to me also but if anyone has tips to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

I've also had the same issue since launch, and it's the first MLB game where I have this problem. Someone from support replied to me but the troubleshooting they told me about where things I already did, but if someone else replies to me I'll let you know.

Same here, since I waiting them MLB the show support replied me. I didn’t play online since 8 days, I hate waiting on troubleshooting and issue for server, it annoy of “challenge fail” I hope so they found a solved a problem.
