They will ban you from the game for talking bad to them. Trust me I know haha. Now how legal that is who knows. I suppose everything is legal until a lawsuit says it isn’t.

Oh did not know that. The time I got banned I did not get banned from the game it was just the forum. Did not talk bad to them just was "talking bad" to someone else.

I should say they can not that they will. Let’s just say I know from experience but my communication with them was off the forum and I got banned everywhere including in game lol.

I’ll file the class-action lawsuit against them if the do since I already know it’s not legal unless perhaps they’re only banning people from playing the online portion of the game… even so most courts would probably rule against SDS for doing this especially since SDS does business in the most consumer-friendly state in the entire country!
