Xbox one frame rate

Well another day.. and still waiting for an answer on if the Xbox one frame rate can be fixed or if I wasted $90.. the menus are laggy and the frame rate on single player doesn’t go over 20fps which is downright disgraceful

I remember back when I had a ps4 pro you had 3 options to choose from for visuals. Wasn't it 4k without HDR, with HDR and 1080p? I can't remember. Does the game have something like that this year for Xbox?

I’ve tried everything I swear the game is just slow and laggy.. like you know how on franchise while going thru your roster it shows the player on the left and the overall on the top right? Just switching from player to player is laggy like how the [censored] is a franchise menu laggy???
