The new cards you'll be able to get will be non-sellable, this is true.
However, the new TA will likely open up a bunch of new exchange missions. As such, you can likely expect a bump across the board from low golds down as people acquire inventory to use in exchanges.
The overall effect likely won't be that significant on the market, however. The roster update will almost certainly be far more influential in market prices today and moving forward.

I think there may be a bump in low golds and silvers for the exchanges. Especially in divisions with highly anticipated cards. If the exchanges are limited, like they were in season 1 then the bump won't last long.
