You aren't new here. Why would you think a perfect/perfect means sds gives you an auto-HR? Frustrating for sure but nothing out of the norm, sadly.

Nothing out of the norm from actual real life baseball. There's AT LEAST 5 balls hit "perfect perfect" in a real MLB game that are outs. This isn't 2K where a green is 100% a make.

I just hit a Perfect-Perfect FLYBALL in the event with Biggio that died at the track, with dead center only 394.

And before I get accused of using contact swing, I use analog-stride.

Game has kinda messed up for a week or two now, but this is the cherry on top. In the 5 innings after this, I had 3 throwing errors using button input (so completely RNG based) and two runners caught to have nobody covering the bag. One was a pickoff where the 2B ran him back to first, and when he tried to come back to second, the 2B didn't apply a tag, let him run by, and the SS didn;t cover 2B letting him just take the base. Game is 100% [censored].

I had a PP flyball with Niko with 101 mph exit velo that died at the front of the warning track the other day.

Why would you think biggio would hit a homer with a perfect perfect? even his 99 last year wouldn't crank them all the time when hit to center...

I’ve hit perfect perfect fly outs with 99 Griffey, 99 mantle etc

Sucks but it happens and I wish SDS would fix it. No sane person would be upset with a near max power guy perfect perfect being an auto HR. That being said biggie has low power

You will never have a throwing error

    Until you miss the mark.

That would be user error, not RNG. The Fate is in your hands not the computers. That is the point.

...and my point is that sometimes the built in mechanic is better than the user.
When you have an entire team filled with 95+ diamond players, why wouldn't their errors be at a minimum by default?

The built-in mechanic is never better if you know how to play the game. I have not had a throwing error all year. But accuracy is extremely easy it's all about timing. If you have rng involved then errors will be made especially with the comeback logic nonsense in this game. Use button accuracy and you can never blame anyone but yourself. End of story.

I can count mine on one hand.... I use buttons only. Trick is not to throw it too hard. I find it MUCH easier than button accuracy. With BA I throw the ball all over the place. With just buttons - no problem.

BTW, you didn't answer the question - why wouldn't a team full of 95+rated players already have their errors at a minimum? If it is using their stats to throw, why would they throw errors at a rate higher than expected?

Forget about the overall of the card look at their Fielding and arm accuracy. I agree with you professionals especially Hall of Famers are very minimal with their throwing errors however it does happen. Also you have to understand this game is coded in a way to allow your opponent back in the game. I do not agree with it and I do not defend it however that's the way it is. All I'm saying is if you practice with button accuracy against the computer you can Master it for the point where you will have zero errors. That is all I'm saying. Of course Ernie Banks and Trevor story are not going to have many throwing errors but in this game they will. It's just the way it is bro.

When I say their stats, I am referring to the stats that are relative to the tasks - in this case the green fielding stats.
Also, when the catch up mode is on, nothing really matters, you'll get [censored] over regardless.
I agree if you practice it enough it will be easy, like Pin-point pitching, my point was, some people are worse at it than the game is!

I don't like it because it takes my focus off the action.
