I’ve heard to turn off your controller and turning back on works sometimes. Didnt work for me, though

Turning the console off and back on will fix it.

They took out spamming the throw to first/step off last year; after 3 throws to first you have to pitch (online only)
That’s not true because I just finished a game where I throughly over ELEVEN straight times..

If a player extends his lead while on base you can literally throw to that base in an attempt to pick them off as many times as you like. It’s only when your opponent doesn’t extend their lead that you can only throw over three times.
Ok great, makes sense.
Yeah you can totally eliminate a players running game by throwing over often. Doing this will increase the likelihood of them getting a bad jump. That’s all provided that when they do steal you get a good catcher animation to throw on.
I will throw over every single time until the guy gets the message I am not pitching if he confide to try to take that lead after I have shown I am not giving it. When they continue to try, it’s like bunt dancing as far as annoying. I love eventually picking them off

Agreed 100%. The thing is in my situation, I’m not losing.
Yea we’ve all been there. Always amazes me the lengths some of these guys will go to steal a cheap win.
Read a post from a guy once who was bragging that he could freeze a game on one console and then just play normally on another. Rinse and repeat.

Currently in a freeze off now. I’m up 2-0 , this dude hasn’t done anything but wild swing at every single pitch all game. Messaged him and asked him to quit and he tried to be like “ I’m already in another game I got the L” man I’m not an idiot

Almost every freeze off I’ve been involved in happens when someone is stealing 2nd & it changes to the camera angle behind the catcher...This happened quite a bit the first few weeks but I actually haven’t had a freeze off occur in a couple weeks now - fingers crossed.
