Just thought I would throw some names out there that I’ve invested/am building positions in. I’m leaving out all but a couple of low golds as I don’t think there are many stubs left to be made the same goes for silvers approaching 1k. Obviously, these will help me if they go up a tier, and certainly not all are guarantees, just some names I like. Please feel free to add to the list as you see fit. I’ll also include a few long term names (and identify them as such). I might be wrong on a tier or two, working from memory. Hopefully this helps some people looking to make some stubs:
Silver:
- Rogers (Miami) -pitching like a diamond, should be a lock for gold. Mid-300s last night
- Alex wood
- Desclafani -rough outing might be a cycle away but looked great all year.
- Pablo Lopez
- Manea
- Joey Wendle (probably won’t go up but has a real case)
7.Adolis Garcia (might not be much left to make) - Mark Canha
- Carson Kelly
- Mitch Haniger (might be my biggest position)
Bronze:
1.All of the rojases
2 Andrew Benintendi
3. Mike Zunino
4. Cedric Mullins
5. Dylan Cease
6. Brady Singer
7. Brad MillerAt least 1 update away
- Kiraloff (gonna be a beast)
- Glasnow
- Sandy Alcantara
- MadBum
- Kopech
- Mclenahan
- Patino
- Urias (LAD)
Other people chimed in:
Kiner-Falefa
Chisholm
Turnbull

I agree with Trevor Rodgers, but i think hes going to go up +2 maybe +3 to 78/79 because he struggled last night and had a no decision but only gave up 1 ER
Miguel Rojas is a lock for gold this week, he is a 79 and hes been hitting very well and his fielding is above average hes going to be either 80 or 81and hes going for mid 500s right now, so not too bad.
Pablo will maybe go go depending on his start tomorrow as well as Sandy
John means is for sure going gold
i bought some Jaz chisholm Jr since he was really cheap and his defense is insane, id give it 1 month or so before he is close to gold

Chisholm is a great buy... really most of the Marlins guys are. Lots of guys on the way up and an easy collection to build = lots of market activity

I have four or five of these guys on my fantasy team, and they definitely deserve upgrades. Looking at the rest of my roster I would also add trey mancini, raimel tapia, carlos rodon, corey kluber and spencer turnbull to the list.
My team rocks and I'm currently in second place

Yeah, that last start really tanked desclafani's numbers. I picked up a bunch last week, hopefully it pays off down the line. One the plus side I got a quite a few kiner-falefa's before his price shot up.

Kiner-Falefa is one I’m kicking myself for missing. Alex Wood too. Then there is the other side where guys get bid up and I can’t figure it out at all (looking at you Kyle Lewis)

I think some of these are unrealistic. I understand your thinking, but take Rogers for example. You say he is a lock for gold. Since the beginning of the year, they have already upgraded him twice, once with each roster update. He has gone from a 65 to a 75 between the two. Yes he is pitching fine, but there is no way they bump him from 75 to 80, and I would be shocked if they increase him in a third straight update.
Pablo Lopez, I know he is already close to gold, but they increased him in the last update, and his three year history does not suggest he is a gold.
Alex Wood is another one. Again, been updated already twice with both of the roster updates so far. Yes doing good this year, but his track record is not

You certainly could be right. I did not play the show the past two years. I’m placing my bets based on fantasy baseball research really. Basically guys who are producing whose underlying metrics/talent back it up. I figure if I’m wrong in the bet but right in the process I’ll come out ahead in the long run even if it takes two extra weeks for a guy like Rogers. I can sit on the dupes
