Live series team collection issues

Hey, has anyone having any issue with live series team collections. Where you collect the whole team but it doesnt give you the team player card when you collect the entire team.
I have collected the entire team for the Diamondback and Giants, and yet to collect that team player card. Hunter Strickland(SFG), Archie Bradley(ADB).
What sucks I collected all other teams and cant get my NL west, NL league card, nor Chipper Jones. I filed a claim to MLB the show and have not got once thing back!
Curious if anyone has had an issue like this and if it got fixed.

I had this happen and put a ticket in. Took 3 weeks but it was resolved

Wow, are you serious! That's sucks! I first sent a ticket April 27th. Wow, smh! Well glad I ain't the only one I guess.
