Any time anyone loses a game, Gives up a hit or doesn’t get a important out they come on here & blame it on contact swinging...It reminds me of years past when these same people would come on here & blame it on directional hitters lol. Nobody ever just says this guy beat me fair & square. People are funny.

My fav excuse is the game predetermined who wins. Contact swing is annoyin tho not just cause of they say it gives same exit velocity but the foul ball stuff is kinda dumb. Its something bout steve finely an contact swing for me that its not surprising to foul 10 pitches with him

I'm 20-0 in RS and won't play until they fix contact swing. I'll be beat plenty by really good players. I'll at least wait until they don't use a broken mechanic to gain an advantage since I won't use it.

What comforts me is that the devs acknowledged the contact swing not working as intended during the 2nd inning boss reveal stream. They said they were working on it, so I expect a fix at some point.

Exactly why no BR or RS until it's fixed. I'll just have casual fun in events.

I mean you can tell much easier if they are contact swinging. But IMO it's a legitimate gripe. SDS acknowledged contact swings weren't working. People that blame losses on directional are just losers

Im currently 9-4 on the season. Only 1 of my losses the guy was better than me. The other 3 abused contact swing the whole game and still barely beat me while i was normal swinging.

The devs acknowledged the problem and said it’s not working as intended, I guess if I lose to a contact swing weirdo I have the right to say the person abused a broken mechanic to beat me.

Especially when there is zero evidence to support this complaint about the “contact” swing. Yeah contact is a bit better then in previous years but if you’re going to rely on this as your go to swing I’m gonna bury you with [censored] out of the strike zone all day and force weak contact.

I had a guy message me and say he was going to report me for using zen because my pci was too good, against silver pitchers on all star. People will use anything as an excuse
