RTTS file disappears?

I put this in the rtts forum too, but just hoping someone knows how to fix this issue.
"I went to save my rtts file, got an error code "0x8007000E". Wouldn't let me save or anything. Had to restart the console and now my saved file is just gone, not in the cloud or anything. I've already reached out to Xbox support and done all of their troubleshooting ideas and they said to reach out to SDS. I did, but does anyone else have any ideas for how to fix this and restore my save file that I've spent a ton of time on?"

Sounds like a corrupted file to me. Just might have to take that L, I know it sucks but I don't think SDS could help either. Sorry for your loss. My condolences
Seriously though I know that's aggravating. -
Daaaaang, that’s tough. Was there any way to prevent it or does it just happen randomly sometimes?
