Play a friends

Apologies if this has been asked before, I have looked around, I've asked on Twitter, and in streams and for some reason never even thought about coming here
When I invite a friend to a game, the "Ready Up" remains locked, and once the 2nd person loads into the game, it remains locked (Showing a Padlock) and then says "Failed to join game session"
It's been like this since day one now, and I just can't find a way to get this to work, any help would be great thanks

Is it the same friend? Try a different one and see if it works. He might have a strick NAT.

It's happening to 8 of us, it's certainly not an NAT Type issue, or if it is, it's only for this game.
