It's literally the same game as last year and the hitting is just garbage. 8 PCI base hit/ 11 PCI jam shot for a run. boom down 1-0 in the first. 11 PCI MOONESHOT !!because he pinch hit for his pitcher with Griffey. Cause you know, pinch hitters hit bombs 75% they come up to bat.
I hope they actually take time to develop a consistent hitting engine where " User input is important as ever" you know.... like they told us. LOL. so all of our "stick skills can reign supreme"

I agree with you man. They need to overhaul the hitting engine. It’s funny because when you play enough you know when you are going to get screwed. Dudes foul of ten bad swings and the first decent swing they take is a bomb. Meanwhile when youre hitting if it isn’t perfect/perfect it is a routine out.

Yeah. He had an 8 PCI hit with Buxton. Stole 2nd. Jam shot bloop over a fielder and I didn't even have an out and already I'm raging. Then he can't hit hardly anything and K's alot. A basehit here and there and of course the Pinch hit 11 PCI bomb with griffey. I swear they have coded something into the game where if you pinch hit and get anywhere near the ball it's gone.

Yea I’m not a world beater or anything but when the game wants the dude to score he scores. I wonder if the dudes flailing at everything think they magically get better in the 5th or 6th inning for 2 or 3 hitters or maybe they think it’s the fatigue of the pitcher that they get up to a whopping 35 pitches through 5. Then they go back to flailing. Who knows. It’s just a casual game to be taken casually. I just wish they wouldn’t let dudes foul off balls they have no business actually fouling off.

Agreed, the online gameplay it still a C+/B-. An upgrade from last year's C, but barely.

Maybe SDS should post at the end of the game the contact/hit rating after the game instead of the score. We should score the game based on that way because that is how baseball is. I honestly don't remember when I robbed someone of a perfect/perfect because it is like a brief second where I think... hell yes F*** him over, feels bad man...

I haven’t played any ranked this year because of the servers. But I have played since 16 and can honestly say I feel like garbage when it happens for or against me. When it happens for me I feel like it was undeserving/not rewarding especially if someone is carving me up and I haven’t done anything to help myself out (taking pitches, swinging at garbage, not having good timing or pci placement, or doing anything remotely baseball savvy to get the bats going, etc). A win is a win and yeah that’s great and I’ll take them. But at the end of the day I want to feel like I earned them and wasn’t just handed them at someone else’s unlucky and undeserved demise.
