An unhandled server exception occured

Ever since I have purchased the game, which I pre-ordered. I have not been able to access DD. I get “an unhandled server exception occurred”. I know it is not an issue with my internet connection as I can play online rated games just fine. Along with other online games. I have reached out to the show via the email link and even tried on Twitter. No response. I can’t find any info online. Is anyone else having this problem.

In all seriousness though, yes, the servers have been disastrous. Haven’t been nearly as bad for the past week or so, though.

Game has worked perfectly on my end for at least the last couple weeks. Almost can't remember the last time I had an issue.

Delete the game and redownload. A friend of mine had the same issue and was able to access DD after redownloading.

The same thing has been happening to me for 2 weeks. Don't even bother asking for a refund they don't get back to you. What you can do is contact your credit card or debit card company. Tell them that you spent money on a product and it was defective and they don't want to work with you. The bank will take the money out of the merchants account and give back to you. It sucks that is has to come down to this.
I work at a bank and I personally know How this process works every step of the way. You will win.
