More of the same tonight

There are only a handful of people you can pitch at the higher levels against the collection teams. Dotting pitches with Sanchez and it may have well been me out there throwing 70 mph fastballs. Any pitch, any location. Didn't matter when the pci against Sanchez is half the size of the strike zone.
I have no doubt in my mind that I could compete with collections which would add Glavine to my rotation. Changed my hitting view so I'm in a little adjustment period going back to strike zone. I don't mind competition but not when taking a knife to a gun fight. Only way for me to get stubs right now is conquest or cpu games. Both bore me to death. Already maxed out XP, did the event and BR program. I see no other option than to drop down and work towards the 40 wins and wait for these God squads to get up in the 1100's.

Try playing on AS with contact you cant throw anything in SZ or it's gone it was already easy enough but now it's stupid.

In seriousness I don’t get to World Series. I don’t even play enough to try. I Don’t like hall of fame much tbh. Get there and usually call it a season. But HOF or all star Felix Hernandez has been good for me. Cant be too expensive. Maybe try him. But your probably a tier higher than me so maybe he sucks up there.

Me? No. I suck at hitting. Went back to strike zone view and trying to get used to that again. I am usually around a .325-.350 hitter in RS. With pitching that is usually good enough to win a ton of games. I was hitting over .400 in RS then switched to strike zone 2 for some reason. That didn't go well for me. I won't get them guys for a while at the rate I'm going unless something happens. May even punt the collections and just use other cards. I will never be a rebel, not that good.

Idk, but I can tell u that demise and I did grind out Pepe's walks together once and he did not bat 1.000 for us afterwards so this theory is still under investigation 5 yrs later

I posted an apology to SDS because I think the issue was my modem/router combo by my isp. We have a cat. Been here 5 years, you think I care about getting flamed by people on the internet? I don't care what my wife thinks most times. Maybe that is why I've been married going on 22 years.
Positive things? Sure. Don't do collections unless you:
- can win 12 games a lot in BR and events
- spend money
- flip cards
- pull some really good cards
If you don't fall into these and play DD, your team will be better without collections. Positive advice for people that don't fall into the above categories.

The farthest I have gotten in BR is 11-2 (Trout is a beast) but I still hate the mode. The better player can lose just because your opponent is getting early and late hits.

It's contact that is the problem. These guys that are great hitters are now using contact swing and crushing balls 6 inches under the bottom of the zone with a huge PCI bubble on HOF. Ruining the game for sure.

Still better odds than a thousand packs. So far my odds of getting 90+ diamond in BR is about 15:1. Out of packs in the last 5 years, I have never pulled a 90+. I think Sale was an 88 or so when pulled him. So guess I should technically play BR over conquest or anything else that just give packs huh?

BR is a way better method than packs to get stubs and yes if you can get over the 9 win mark frequently you should play BR more than Conquest.

Have you ever used strike zone high? Just curious since you are experimenting with different cameras. I used all the viable ones zoom, strike zone, strike zone 2, strike zone offset, offset zoom and even fish eye for a good period and I found strike zone high the best with strike zone second.
It helps with identifying and being able to time low breaking balls in my opinion.

So if you can’t, there’s obviously skill involved as well... not just the cards.
