catcher pickoffs

Anyone else having this problem? My catcher throws a pickoff after every pitch. My games are taking forever because of it. Any advice on how to fix this? Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. It's weird because I'm definitely not pressing anything. Tried multiple controllers so that's not the issue. It's really driving me crazy. I guess I'm out of luck.
