Pin Point and PCI

I dunno if it’s my tv or my game app, but when ever I try to pinpoint pitch even in offline mode it just bounces everywhere and when I drag to the bottom circle it will either just pitch or say the timing is way off even though I wasn’t having any of these problems a couple of days ago. It won’t let me draw any lines perfectly no matter how slow I try it. Sometimes I’ll pick the pitch and when it pops up to start drawing it just pitches without me doing anything. Same thing with PCI it just skips all around the screen no matter how slow I move my stick. Any advice?
