Perhaps everytime they open your ticket an unhandled server error happen ! Lol... good luck with that friend !

ZERO COMMUNICATION UNTIL THEY HAVE A LIVE STREAM. THEN THEY WILL THROW SOME PACKS OUR WAY AND THE SHEEP WILL DROOL AND GOO GOO GAGA SDS AND ALL IS FORGIVEN. SAME THING EVERY YEAR WITHOUT ANY REAL SOLUTIONS.

I lost Dansby Swanson he shows as collected but is not available in my inventory and he is dark in the 42 collection area, does say collected though. I sent a complaint to the PSN support and have gotten nothing. Is that where you sent yours or does SDS have a way to be reached
