Just can’t do it anymore. Sick of making great pitches only to have someone hit a contact swing homer with the PCI barely touching the ball or not touching the ball at all. Online has become unplayable for me. I’m scoring runs but giving up more cause of so many people using contact swing. I know I’m not a great player by any means but I’ve always kept my team ERA around 3 over the last few years online, I got to believe I’m sitting up around 6ish right now. So stupid. Come on SDS. Quit rewarding players for not placing the PCI on the ball

Just curious, how do you know they're using contact swing? Is there an indicator somewhere specific that I'm not aware of?

On the swing feedback on the bottom left. It’s pretty obvious when someone using contact swing v normal v power due to pci size. Especially at HOF, legend difficulties

The pci feedback you see for your opponent isn't even close to accurate.

No I didn't. Its been a thing for a few years now. Devs put that info out along time ago. Back to 6th grade zoom now.

Wrong again smarty pants. Last year the PC I was always dead center yet showed the opponent's timing. This year the devs said it shows the opponent's feedback location, not just the timing. The location of the PCI is supposedly accurate as far as location and timing. But hey, you know everything and are a smarta$$ to boot.

Until they admitted it was inaccurate is was broken for like 3 years. I think its far more likely to be wrong than right personally. They never got PCI feedback right in the past. What makes you think this year is any different?

I'm not saying it's 100% accurate. There's really no way to prove if it is or not. If you think every squared up home run or base hit is perfect PCI placement you are nuts. There are so many garbage base hits and home runs in this game that the entire hitting system is flawed not necessarily the PCI feedback. Also, last year it showed the timing feedback but it did not show your opponent's location of the PCI so you never knew if he was on the ball or not. This year is different and actually supposedly shows the location the PCI is not dead center every single pitch like it was last year.

On the swing feedback on the bottom left. It’s pretty obvious when someone using contact swing v normal v power due to pci size. Especially at HOF, legend difficulties

The pci feedback you see for your opponent isn't even close to accurate.

I’m inclined to believe it until I get rewarded with a non pci homerun. Unless both feedbacks are inaccurate (opponent/yours)

I have yet to have a home run when the ball is not inside the pci somewhere....

Maybe on Rookie but that’s Rookie

My gallery is full of non pci homeruns, on HOF in Ranked Seasons where “competitive” is king
