Challenge failed in leagues?

What’s going on? Can’t play anyone in my league, we are getting matched up with people that aren’t in the league, or we get a challenge failed. This is frustrating, how can you enjoy a game like this.

Servers get overloaded, you get weird stuff like this and getting matched up with people not even in your league.

I went back to DD, challenged a friend and same thing happened (Challenge failed).

Same servers. When they get overloaded at peak times you'll see this kind of stuff.

This should not happen when you have paying customers. No excuse to it.
